The Grundfos NB/NBG pumps are all non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft. The NB/NBG range consists of close-coupled pumps with their main dimensions in accordance with either EN733 or ISO2858.

Submersible Pumpsets 100mm

Brisan Submersible Pumpsets

The GT tanks are available in sizes from 8 to 3,000 litres, suitable for vertical installation. GT tanks in sizes 24 to 80 litres are also suitable for horizontal installation.

The GT-H tanks have a non-toxic butyl rubber diaphragm, dividing the tank chamber into two compartments. The upper compartment contains compressed nitrogen. The lower compartment has a liner in polypropylene (PP) and is filled with water from the pump.

The GT-D tanks have a double diaphragm.

The GT-U tanks have a replaceable, non-toxic butyl rubber bladder surrounded by compressed nitrogen.

The bladder is the only component in contact with the liquid.

CH Twin Booster
Description

The CH Twin Booster set consists of two identical grundfos CH pumps connected in parallel and mounted on a common base frame and a control cabinet incorporating motor protection and controller.

A diaphragm tank must be included in the installation. Tank capacity can be decided based on the actual application and site requirement.

The Grundfos SEV and SE1 pumps are designed for handling wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage in heavy-duty municipal, utility, and industrial applications.

These two technologically very advanced series of pumps are available with efficient single-channel or SuperVortex impellers allowing for free passage of solids up to 100 mm in size. This greatly reduces the risk of clogging, and ensures maximum up-time and low operating costs.

The SEV and SE1 pumps can be permanently installed by means of an auto-coupling system or with a fixed pipe connection, submerged or dry, without separate motor cooling arrangements. The pumps are also suitable for free-standing installation, or as portable utility pumps.

SEG
Description

The SEG range of grinder pumps from Grundfos is specifically designed for pumping effluent and untreated sewage in small communities or sparsely populated areas with no sewer systems or where gravitation systems are unsuitable.

Pressurised systems are the perfect choice for transfer of effluent and sewage, and the SEG range combines cost-effectiveness with maximum protection for the environment by facilitating the use of smaller pressure pipes for minimal investment costs.

AP
Description

The Unilift AP and Unilift AP Basic are submersible drainage pumps designed for both temporary/portable installation and permanent free-standing installation. These single-stage pumps are made mostly of stainless steel. All types are available in either single phase or three phase versions and for 50 or 60 Hz power supply.

The number in the type designation, e.g. AP12, indicates the spherical particle size that can pass through the pump.

All Unilift AP and AP Basic pumps are fitted with a plug for connection to the mains.


KP
Description

Unilift KP pumps are submersible drainage pumps suitable for both temporary and permanent free-standing installation. They can be used for pumping drain water or grey wastewater. They are also suitable for installation in collecting tanks.

The Unilift KP is a single-stage drainage pump with semi-open impeller, designed for the pumping of drain water and grey wastewater. All Unilift KP pumps can be supplied with or without a level switch. The variants are designated as A, AV or M, for automatic or manual operation. The Unilift KP-AV variant for narrow pits is supplied with a non-return flap valve for installation in the outlet. The strainer is clipped onto the pump housing.

Rigid Suction Lines   Additive Tank
Description

Preassembled, rigid, adjustable-length suction lines for mounting in the additive tank. The lines consist of a foot valve with strainer, rigid suction pipe, tank connection thread and suction tubing. Also available with dual-level control sensors.

Description

Description

Installed as a T-connection, the valve works as a pressure relief valve or a safety valve protecting the pump and discharge line against excessive pressure. The valve is adjustable between 0 and 10 bar.

The Grundfos PACO Double Suction Split Case Pumps are a single stage, non-self-priming, double suction centrifugal pump with radial suction and radial discharge port.

The Grundfos PACO KP Horizontal split case pump is a single stage, non-self-priming, double suction centrifugal pump with adial suction and radial discharge port.

These pumps have a horizontal pump shaft with the impeller placed in the middle of the shaft and with self contained combination bearing housing and seal chamber on both sides of the impeller.

Without disturbing the motor or pipe-work, the split case construction enables the pump casing to be dismantled in the horizontal plane along the drive shaft. Removal and dismantling of the internal pump parts, e.g. bearings, wear rings; impeller and shaft seal can then take place.

Grundfos Direct Sensors TM introduces the DPI for a variety of industrial applications.

The Grundfos differential pressure sensor is a true wet/wet solution, available in the differential pressure ranges of 0.6-10 bar.

The grundfos sensors have been developed for the intended use of controlling pumps by means of the differential pressure between pump suction and discharge. However, the sensor is also ideal for surveillance, preventive maintenance and measuring of pressure drops across an orifice plate in harsh environments with corrosive gases and liquid media.
