Alekton are exclusive distributors for "ROPER" Gear Pumps, accessories and original spare parts in India. We are fully equipped to offer product support and effective after sales service.

Triple Screw Pumps

Alekton pumps are made of premium grade materials for long maintenance-free life under the most arduous operating conditions. The use of a Direct Numerically Controlled (DNC) machine enables the mathematically defined screw profiles to be produced to the high accuracies needed for superior performance and efficiency.

Pump designs are extremely versatile and can be altered to suit specific applications for optimal performance. Specially engineered pumps can be supplied as replacements for pumps installed in existing systems.

Pumps - Series A
Description

These pumps are designed for handling Alekton Series A Pumpclear viscous liquids and are suitable for differential pressures up to 16 bars.

The pumping elements comprise of a power screw and two idler screws, running in a close fitting insert. The idler screws serve to maintain the closed chambers that pump the liquid.

Each screw is provided with a drum so that axial forces are hydraulically balanced. The shaft seal chamber is connected internally to the inlet and the seal is therefore always subjected to inlet pressure only. The inserts, screws and balancing bushes, together with bearing and seals form a replaceable cartridge that is located inside a casing.

The pumps can be supplied in a variety of materials of construction and for various mounting arrangements.
